How to Order a Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

There are two options:

1. If you have VA credentials the steps to order a COE from the VA portal are attached below.

• WebLGY portal:  Loan Guaranty

2. If you do NOT have VA credentials, send an email to appraisals@coast2coastml.com and we will obtain the COE for you.

1. Email appraisals@coast2coastml.com
2. Include: 

o    ARIVE Loan Number 

o    Name of the veteran borrower 

o    Information regarding any current VA-owned property

If requested by the VA, service records may be required. 

Please upload any available service documentation to the ARIVE loan file for easier processing (i.e., DD214, NGB 22, NGB 23, Statement of service).

The appraisal team will obtain the COE, upload it to ARIVE, and notify you once completed.
