ARIVE - Getting Started

ARIVE WEBSITE LINK: https://coast2coast.myarive.com

ARIVE USER NAME: Your ARIVE user name is likely your C2C email address, but may be your personal email address if you started in ARIVE prior to full onboarding as a C2C employee.

ARIVE PASSWORD: Should be the same password created when your account was created or the latest if updated.

ARIVE MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA/M2A): Should be the same password created when your account was created or the latest if updated.

ADDING YOUR CIC CREDIT ACCOUNTS TO ARIVE: Once logged into ARIVE, click on the circle at the top-right (should have your photo or initials) and select User Settings from the drop-down. Select Credentials from the left-hand bar and you'll be at the Credit page where you can start to add your accounts. It's best to add your Hard Pull account FIRST and set as primary.

ARIVE INITIAL ONBOARDING SETUP:

• Step 1: You should have received an email invitation to activate your ARIVE account. This email may appear to be coming from an individual, but the body will specify it's for ARIVE.

• Step 2: Once you click the link and You will be asked to create.

• Step 3: You will need to verify/update your identity/contact information, add a credit card, and accept the CIC Credit agreement when setting up each account. Again...this will need to be done for BOTH ACCOUNTS!
