ROV Cover Sheet
Steps to request a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) from VA:
- Send your request and all supporting docs to appraisals@coast2coastml.com
- Provide a signed letter from the veteran providing detailed justification for the items of disagreement and the reasons for believing the information provided in the report is incorrect. Make sure to include any available data.
- Any documentation and information supporting the requested value
- Limit of 3 comparable sales
