New VA Appraisal Fees & Timeliness Schedule
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) released a revised Appraisal Fees and Timeliness Schedule effective for all VA appraisal assignments ordered on or after May 1, 2026. The updates adjust the appraisal fees and delivery timelines by property type and location.
