Below are instructions to help you get set up quickly. If you need any additional assistance getting set up, please email support@coast2coastml.com and we will be more than happy to help!
Setup Your New Microsoft Office 365 Account (Email, etc.)
- Head to http://www.office365.com
- Click on the “sign in” icon (avatar with a +) at the top-right corner
- Enter your new email address from above and click on the blue “Next” button
- Enter C2CFlorida123 and click on the blue “Sign in” button
- Follow the prompts to set up Multi-Factor Authentication
- For Apple: Microsoft Authenticator - Apple App Store Link
- For Android: Microsoft Authenticator - Google Play Store Link
- Once the Microsoft Authenticator has been set up, you will now create a new password for your Microsoft Office 365 account. Enter C2CFlorida123 as the current password and then create a new password.
- Once created, you can choose to stay signed in to the new account.
Install Microsoft Office 365 Apps (If needed)
Microsoft Office 365 | Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Head to http://www.office365.com and sign in at the top-right (or click on your account in the top-right corner and click “View Account”)
- Click the “Install apps” button at the top-right
- Click on “Premium Microsoft 365 Apps” from the drop-down
- Once downloaded, run OfficeSetup.exe from wherever it was downloaded on your computer and complete the setup process
- Once the Microsoft Office 365 suite has been installed, open Microsoft Outlook
- Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account
- Pin Microsoft Outlook to the Windows taskbar
Microsoft Office 365 | Apple Mac OS
- Head to http://www.office365.com and sign in at the top-right (or click on your account in the top-right corner and click “View Account”)
- Click the “Install apps” button at the top-right
- Click on “Premium Microsoft 365 Apps” from the drop-down
- Once downloaded, run the setup file from wherever it was downloaded on your computer and complete the setup
- Once the Microsoft Office 365 suite has been installed, open Microsoft Outlook
- Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account
- Option-Click/Right-Click the Microsoft Outlook icon on the dock and select Options and then “Keep in Dock” to keep the icon available in the dock
Install Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Head to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app
- Click on the “Download app for desktop” button
- Click on the “Download the new Teams app” button
- Click on the appropriate version for your system from the drop-down (Most likely Download for Windows (64-bit)
- Once downloaded, run the setup file from wherever it was downloaded on your computer and complete the setup process
- Once installed, open Microsoft Teams
- Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account and sign in
- Pin Microsoft Teams to the Windows taskbar
Install Microsoft Teams | Apple Mac OS
Install Option 1
- Head to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app
- Click on the “Download app for desktop” button and click on the “Download new Teams” button
- Once downloaded, run the setup file from wherever it was downloaded on your computer and complete the setup process
- Once installed, open Microsoft Teams
- Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account and sign in
- Option-Click/Right-Click the Microsoft Teams icon on the dock and select Options and then “Keep in Dock” to keep the icon available in the dock
Install Option 2
- Head to the App Store and search for “Microsoft Teams”
- Click the blue “Get” button
- Once installed, open Microsoft Teams
- Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account and sign in
- Option-Click/Right-Click the Microsoft Teams icon on the dock and select Options and then “Keep in Dock” to keep the icon available in the dock
Install & Configure Microsoft Products | Android/Apple iOS
Microsoft Outlook Mobile | Android
- CLICK HERE to go to Microsoft Outlook in the Google Play Store
- Once installed, run Microsoft Outlook on the mobile device
- Follow the prompts to login to the app using the user’s new email account
Microsoft Teams | Android
- CLICK HERE to go to Microsoft Teams in the Google Play Store
- Once installed, run Microsoft Teams on the mobile device
- Follow the prompts to login to the app using the user’s new email account
Microsoft Outlook Mobile | Apple iOS
- CLICK HERE to go to Microsoft Outlook in the Apple App Store
- Once installed, run Microsoft Outlook on the mobile device
- Follow the prompts to login to the app using the user’s new email account
Microsoft Teams | Apple iOS
- CLICK HERE to go to Microsoft Teams in the Apple App Store
- Once installed, run Microsoft Teams on the mobile device
- Follow the prompts to login to the app using the user’s new email account
Setup Accounts | Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge
CIC Credit - Hard Pull Account
- You will receive a “New User” email from CIC Credit containing a user name (won’t include “.spq” in the username). Keep note of this username.
- In your list of emails either directly before or after the “new user” email, you should see an email to set a password. Click the link to head to the password setup.
- Click the button at the top to generate the 4-digit setup PIN (will be received by text) . Enter the PIN and then check the box to register the computer on the network and press the button to continue.
- Follow the instructions to set your new password.
- Once set, click the link to head to the login page and enter the user name from the “New User” email - (won’t include “.spq” in the user name) along with your newly-created password.
- Fill out the entire form – verify your current address, phone number, email address (you can change to your work email if set up using personal), credit card billing address, and credit card information.
- Complete the agreement portion and continue to the account.
CIC Credit – Soft Pull Account
- Follow the same exact instructions above to set up your soft pull account using the other “New User” email from CIC Credit – this time, the “spq” will be at the end of the username.
C2C Payroll Systems (If Applicable)
- You will be set up with either an ADP or CoAdvantage account for Payroll.
- Open the invite email and follow the included instructions to set up your account.
C2C Blaze Commission System (If Applicable)
- You will be set up with a Blaze Commission System account.
- Open the invite email and follow the included instructions to set up your account.
ARIVE (LOS)
- Open the ARIVE invite email and click on the button to accept the invitation
- Set up a new password for the account
- Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication setup (Authenticator App/SMS)
- Backup the ARIVE Recovery Key (Copy/Paste into an email or Notepad) and follow the instructions to continue.
- Once completely logged in, click on the face/circle with initials in the top-right corner and click on “User Settings” from the drop-down
- Add a photo and complete all applicable fields in “Personal Info”
- From the left-hand menu, click “Email / SMS Config” and scroll to the bottom
- Click on the “Connect” button next to “Microsoft Office 365” and follow the prompts
- Click on “Credentials” from the left-hand bar
- Click on “Credit Account” at the top bar then click the “+ Credit Account” button
- Select “CIC Credit” from the drop-down menu and enter the hard pull username and new password (username WILL NOT include “.spq”).
- Once complete, do the same for your soft pull account (username WILL include “.spq”) and add a check to the checkbox for Soft Pull Account and click “Save.”
