01) How and when will I receive access to CoCo?

CoCo invitations will start to be sent on September 30th, 2026. Watch your inbox and spam/junk folder for the invitation. The invitation will likely come from no-reply@auth.lovable.com and may reference Lovable, the application platform used for CoCo. Once you’ve accepted the invitation and completed the setup, you will also be able to login to CoCo at https://coco.coast2coastml.com.

02) When do I start using CoCo?

Begin using CoCo for commission requests October 1, 2026. After October 1st, commission requests submitted through Blaze will no longer be processed.

03) Will CoCo work with my current ARIVE subscription?

CoCo will not work with the ARIVE Core package. All users have previously been asked to make this change if you are currently subscribed to this plan to ensure that you get paid on time. If you are still on Core, please update your ARIVE package to either the Pro or Non-Del versions before the October 1st CoCo launch or your loans will NOT be able to transfer from ARIVE.

04) Will I still have access to Blaze?

Yes. Blaze will remain accessible; however, it should no longer be used to submit commission requests beginning October 1st. Bob recommended downloading your Blaze Paid History CSV before the transition, so you have your historical information saved for reference.

05) Does the loan need to be funded in ARIVE before I can submit it in CoCo?

Yes. Just as with Blaze, the loan must show as funded in ARIVE before CoCo will allow it to be submitted. CoCo will also identify a loan that has already been submitted through either Blaze or CoCo as a duplicate.

06) What information does CoCo pull from ARIVE?

CoCo uses the ARIVE loan number to pull loan information such as the loan amount, product, funding information and other loan details.

07) Can I change a commission request after I submit it?

Yes, until Payroll/Admin opens and locks the submission. Before it is locked, you can make changes, add information or upload documents. Once it is locked, you cannot modify the submission unless additional documentation is requested.

08) What happens if something is missing from my submission?

The CoCo Action Center will show outstanding items. If Payroll/Admin requests something, such as missing wire information or the correct CD, you will receive a notification and can upload the requested document directly into CoCo.

09) Who should I add under additional compensation/payments?

Only add an LO, LOA, Processor, or other individual when the payment is coming out of your commission on that loan. Do not add someone who is already being paid elsewhere, such as a Contract Processor being paid on the Closing Disclosure.

10) Can I split compensation by a flat amount or percentage?

Yes. CoCo allows payments to be entered as a flat dollar amount, percentage of the loan amount, or percentage of MLO compensation.

11) Has the 50/50 policy for split MLO loans changed?

No. Bob clarified that this is a Coast2Coast policy rather than a CoCo system rule. Split MLO loans remain subject to the company's 50% split requirement.

12) Should Contract Processors still be paid directly at closing?

Yes. The preference remains for contract processors to be paid on the Final CD and at disbursement by title, rather than Coast2Coast issuing the Processor payment afterward.

13) How do W-2 employees submit reimbursable expenses?

W-2 employees can itemize eligible unreimbursed expenses directly in CoCo as part of the commission submission. The separate expense worksheet is no longer required for those submissions. Supporting documentation should be attached.

14) Should credit reports, VOEs or other fees shown on the Final CD be entered as expense reimbursements?

No. Fees already accounted for on the Final CD—such as credit reports, VOEs or similar reimbursed loan expenses—should not be entered again as expense reimbursements in CoCo.

15) Can I upload an expense spreadsheet instead of entering expenses individually?

Not currently. CoCo is designed for expenses to be entered line by line with supporting documentation. Bob noted that a spreadsheet option could potentially be considered later, but it is not the current process.

16) Do I need a separate PDF for every receipt?

No. Receipts may be combined into one PDF or uploaded individually. Credit card statements are also acceptable supporting documentation.

17) Can my expenses exceed the commission on the loan where I submit them?

No. Expenses entered against a particular loan should not exceed the payout you are receiving on that loan. Expenses may need to be spread among multiple paid files when necessary.

18) Can I drag and drop documents into CoCo?

Yes. Documents can be dragged directly into the applicable upload field; you do not have to save them to your desktop first.

19) What should I upload for the Closing Disclosure?

Upload the Buyer's Closing Disclosure only, not the entire closing package. CoCo has a file-size/page limitation designed to prevent large closing packages from being uploaded when only the CD is needed.

20) Do I always have to upload proof of funding?

Not necessarily. CoCo can match certain incoming wire information against ARIVE. If the system successfully identifies the loan and confirms the wire, CoCo can indicate that proof of funding has already been received. Otherwise, proof of funding—such as the wire or check—will still be needed before payment.

21) Will CoCo automatically pull the Final CD from ARIVE?

Not currently. This is a potential future enhancement, but for now the Final CD still needs to be uploaded as part of the submission process.

22) Will my Blaze production statistics transfer to the CoCo dashboard?

Not completely. Historical payment information may be available, but the CoCo Metrics dashboard is intended to report CoCo activity going forward. This is another reason Bob recommended downloading your Blaze historical CSV before the transition.

23) What additional information will CoCo show me?

CoCo includes payment history, production metrics, company news, outstanding/action items, leaderboard information and other production information. Metrics can include funded loans, volume, average loan amount, average FICO, purchase/refinance mix and product mix.

24) Do W-2 Loan Officers have an additional requirement in CoCo?

Yes. W-2 Loan Officers will complete a monthly hours certification. CoCo will prompt the user and send a reminder to log in and report hours worked for the prior month.

25) Are payroll dates changing with CoCo?

No. Weekly payroll remains unchanged: payday remains Friday, W-2 payroll is submitted Tuesday morning, and 1099 payroll is processed Wednesday morning. The existing $100 off-cycle/rush payroll fee also remains unchanged.

26) What about Reverse Mortgage loans or other loans where documents do not automatically populate in ARIVE?

The process remains the same as it was with Blaze: the LO must make sure the appropriate information and documents are in ARIVE so the loan can flow through the commission process.
