Install Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Windows 10/11

Head to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app
Click on the “Download app for desktop” button
Click on the “Download the new Teams app” button
Click on the appropriate version for your system from the drop-down
1. (Most likely “Download for Windows (64-bit)
Once downloaded, run the setup file from wherever it was downloaded on your computer and complete the setup process
Once installed, open Microsoft Teams
Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account and sign in
Pin Microsoft Teams to the Windows taskbar

Install Option 1

Head to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app
Click on the “Download app for desktop” button

Once downloaded, run the setup file from wherever it was downloaded on your computer and complete the setup process
Once installed, open Microsoft Teams
Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account and sign in
Option-Click/Right-Click the Microsoft Teams icon on the dock and select Options and then “Keep in Dock” to keep the icon available in the dock

Install Option 2

Head to the App Store and search for “Microsoft Teams”
Click the blue “Get” button
Once installed, open Microsoft Teams
Run the setup process by adding the user’s new email account and sign in
Option-Click/Right-Click the Microsoft Teams icon on the dock and select Options and then “Keep in Dock” to keep the icon available in the dock
