The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Posting, sharing, liking, endorsing, or commenting on hate speech
  • Content that promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, or hostility toward individuals or groups based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any protected class
  • Racial slurs, ethnic slurs, homophobic remarks, sexist comments, anti-Semitic content, or other discriminatory language
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks against coworkers, borrowers, referral partners, or others

Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractor relationship, and may be reported to investors, regulators, or licensing authorities when required.
