Approved Down Payment Assistance Programs for UWM

UWM has a DPA Team has put together a resource, by state, of the approved DPA Programs, please use the link* below to access their most current list. 

Here is some additional information and info on the non-profit roster that is available with UWM.

• For FHA loans, non-profit provided down payment assistance programs that have a lien associated with it are not included on this list. These are programs reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For further information, please contact our DPA team at DPA@uwm.com. For the HUD-Approved Nonprofit Roster, please follow this link: https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/f17npdata.cfm.
• All DPA programs are subject to loan level documentation review. 
• Our approval of the programs on this list expires 6 months after the approved date. If you with to have an expired/expiring program reviewed again, please contact the DPA team at DPA@uwm.com for more information.
• For questions about DPA programs offered by Federal Home Loan Banks, please contact our DPA team at DPA@uwm.com for more information on how they are used with our loans.
