There are times when a credit supplement is required by the investor to move a loan forward.  The attached instructions show you how to order a supplement online with CIC.  A credit supplement can be charged to the client but ensure you follow these rules:  You may charge a client for a credit supplement, provided the fee is bona fide, reflects the actual cost, and is properly disclosed.
